The Three Levels of Our Adult Hifz Program

1. Easy Module: Building the Foundation (Juz 1-6)

• Goal: Memorise 3 to 6 Juz (sections) of the Qur’an. Students typically begin with Juz ‘Amma and Juz Tabarak, though you may select specific Surahs that hold importance for you (e.g., Surah Ya-Sin, Surah Al-Kahf).
• Focus: Emphasis is placed on developing consistent daily habits, mastering basic Tajweed rules, and learning effective methods for Sabaq (new lesson) and initial Dohr (review).
• Outcome: Graduates will have a solid foundation in the mechanics of memorization and a sustainable rhythm for their Hifz journey.

2. Medium Module: Deepening Commitment (Juz 7-18)

The Medium Module is for committed students ready to increase their memorization goals significantly. At this stage, you focus heavily on speed and retention.

• Goal: Memorize 15 to 18 Juz, progressing towards two-thirds of the Qur’an. The time duration for completion is entirely at your convenience and depends on your dedicated pace.
• Focus: The core emphasis shifts to retention and strengthening previously memorized portions. You will engage in more intensive back-to-back revisions (e.g., reviewing 1-2 Juz continuously), which are evaluated monthly to ensure the integrity of your Hifz.
• Outcome: Students develop advanced revision skills and attain a profound level of mastery over a substantial portion of the Holy Qur’an.

3. Advanced Module: Hifdh Completion and Mastery

This is the ultimate level for students dedicated to earning the distinction of a Hafiz. It combines the completion of the remaining memorisation with intensive, comprehensive review.

• Goal: Memorize the entire Holy Qur’an with flawless Tajweed and proper articulation.
• Focus: Upon completion of new memorization, the focus shifts entirely to rigorous Dour (comprehensive revision). You will be guided through a systematic review of the entire 30 Juz, often completing a full recitation cycle over a short period (e.g., 5-10 days), along with your regular daily review.
• Outcome: Students complete their Hifz and achieve the confidence and competence to recite the entire Qur’an fluently from memory, ready for potential testing or certification.
