Types of Ijazah Classes We Conduct

1. Ijazah in Hifz

This Ijazah is granted to students who have successfully memorized the entire Holy Quran and can recite it flawlessly.

• To earn this certification, students must demonstrate the ability to recite the complete Quran from memory without a single error.
• Obtaining the Hifz Ijazah authenticates the accuracy of memorization, making students qualified and certified Hifz.
• Students will recite the entire Quran before a certified Ijazah-holding Hafiz tutor without referencing the Mushaf (Quranic text). The tutor will rigorously test accuracy and decide whether students qualify for the degree.

2. Ijazah in Tajweed

This Ijazah is for students who have achieved mastery over the rules governing Quranic recitation.

• Students must have mastered all advanced Tajweed rules and be capable of applying them perfectly throughout their recitation of the whole Quran.
• Tutors will assess the strength of students’ Tajweed application through a comprehensive recitation test. Students must demonstrate their utmost skill in this final evaluation.
• Upon successfully passing the final Tajweed test, students will be certified with an Ijazah, allowing them to formally teach the Quran with Tajweed as a certified instructor.
